Ballynafeigh Community Development Association is seeking to employ an entry level Advice Worker to deliver our Welfare Reform Advice Service. The post can be full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time (minimum 30 hours per week, pro rata salary and entitlements). This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team of advisors and gain valuable qualifications and experience in the area of rights and entitlements.
The role will involve supporting clients who need help relating to Welfare Reform and Welfare Reform Mitigations, advising them both face to face and over the telephone, as well as referring to other services where appropriate.
