Our rooms are suitable for most purposes, from meetings to dance classes, with very competitive prices – including cheaper rates for charities.
We are located at the corner of Ormeau Road and Candahar Street, just opposite the gates of Ormeau Park. We are also on a main bus route into the city and have a Belfast Bikes docking station opposite the building.

2+ hours – £15 for first hour & £10 each hour thereafter

Parkview Room
Large room with a view of the Ormeau Park
Possibility to set up tables and chairs or tp leave the floor clear
1 hour – £30
2+ hours – £25 for first hour & £15 each hour thereafter
Mountainview Room
Large room at the top of our building with views overlooking the Ormeau Park and stretching across to Cave Hill & Black Mountain
Folded desks can be used for office work and meetings, or the floor can be left clear
